Return

The Customer has the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. Order cancellation expires fourteen days after the date on which the Client or a third party has received the goods. Where a consignment consists of several items delivered in more than one consignment, the right of withdrawal shall take effect from the moment the last item is received. The Customer shall cover all costs relating to the return of the item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must, by an unambiguous notice (e.g. by a letter sent by post or e-mail) inform BALTIE DARBI of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

For the purpose of identifying the order, when exercising your right of withdrawal, please indicate the name and contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), order number and the name of the item you want to unsubscribe from for the purpose of return.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send a notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

It should be noted that return is only possible for goods that are not used, washed or damaged. If the product is damaged, BALTIE DARBI shall not exchange or take back the item. Please note that the tag and price tag must be attached to the clothing in order for BALTIE DARBI to accept the exchange or return.

Exchange

After receiving the delivery, the Customer has 14 days to exchange the order. Exchange is possible

only if the requested item is available in the correct size and color. As soon as we have received the product,

we will exchange and send it back to you. There will be no other costs.

Please note that the clothing tag and price tag must be attached and free of damage.

Refund of purchase price

The purchase price refund shall be made with the same payment method as the purchase. The refund may take up to

14 days. BALTIE DARBI will inform the Client as soon as they have received the returned product.

If you have paid by credit card, the time taken to return the money is the responsibility of the credit card company. The credit will be stated on the next credit card invoice.
