CONDITIONS FOR USE

Latvia, LV-4125, hereinafter referred to as BALTIE DARBI.

2. CONTRACT

The order of shopping in the online store www.baltiedarbi.com is determined by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia

and the "Terms and Conditions of Distance Contracts" (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), which stipulate the

the terms of purchase and return, as well as the right of withdrawal.

These Terms of Use apply to all transactions in which the Client engages with BALTIE DARBI

(hereinafter referred to as BALTIE DARBI). When placing an order, the Customer automatically agrees to BALTIE DARBI’s terms of use.

3. Client's DATA AND VISITS TO THIS WEBSITE

The information or personal data provided by BALTIE DARBI is processed in accordance with the

protection policy. The processing of data on the Website is carried out by BALTIE DARBI. Processing of personal data

aims to ensure customer registration, authorisation, sales and delivery service

and the transmission of the requested information. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with

Directive (EU) 2016/679 OF the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons with regard to

processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Detailed details on data protection are available at:

4. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

In order to place an order, the Client must follow the online procurement procedure and click on the

"Order". The Client then receives an e-mail confirming that the order was received.

5.PRICES

The prices indicated on the BALTIE DARBI website at the time of your order are valid.

6. STORAGE OF CONTRACT DATA

BALTIE DARBI stores your data. If you want to print an order, you can do this by printing the invoice sent by BALTIE DARBI.

In addition, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, indicating all the data entered that can be printed.

7. TERMS OF DELIVERY:

The Client's order shall be sent with Omniva, UPS or Latvijas Pasts, depending on its destination. BALTIE DARBI is not responsible for possible transport risks.

Depending on the destination, the goods will be ready for shipment within 2 to 10 working days after payment is received in the BANK ACCOUNT OF BALTIE DARBI. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made within 1 to 22 working days to the address specified by the Client, depending on the chosen delivery method and delivery points. More detailed information is available in the section: Delivery and Charges.

In cases when the Goods have not been delivered to the Client due to the fault of employees of the postal service (courier), BALTIE DARBI shall reimburse the value of the goods paid by the Client and delivery only after BALTIE DARBI have received a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.

8. PAYMENT

The Client may use internet banking to pay the invoice for their purchase. More detailed information is available in: Ordering and Payment

9. RETURN

9.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Client has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the Order,

by completing a notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal and in accordance with the procedures laid down in laws and regulations

submitted to the economic operator concerned, as a written confirmation of the

renunciation of the Order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform BALTIE DARBI by writing to e-mail:

[email protected] of the decision to withdraw from this agreement with an explicit statement.

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Client to send a notification regarding the

use before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

9.2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Client terminates this Agreement, BALTIE DARBI will refund all payments received from the Client, including delivery costs to the original delivery address (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of a delivery method chosen by the Client, differing from that offered by BALTIE DARBI) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the information about the Customer's decision to terminate this Agreement and the receipt of the returned goods. BALTIE DARBI will make the refund using the payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction.

Notwithstanding the above, BALTIE DARBI may withhold refunds until it has received the goods back or if the Customer has not confirmed that the goods were shipped by choosing the fastest delivery method.

The product must be returned no later than within 14 days from the date when the Customer notified BALTIE DARBI of its decision to terminate this Agreement. This deadline is met if the item is returned within the 14 days period.

The Client is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that may occur during transfer, stipulating the type, characteristics and functioning of the original goods.

9.3. COMMON REGULATIONS

The Client has the right to cancel the Contract only for goods that are returned in the same condition as the client received them. No refund shall be made if the goods are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or if they have been damaged. When returning an item, insert it into the original packaging, together with instructions and other documents, if any.

10. COPYRIGHT

The content of the www.baltiedarbi.com website – logos, graphic materials, photos,

video materials, textual materials, software layout is the property of BALTIE DARBI. The

reproduction of materials without written consent is prohibited.

11.LEGAL GUARANTEES

If a dispute arises in relation to the concluded distance contract and the www.baltiedarbi.com of the website, it shall be resolved through negotiation. If the situation cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures laid down in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

12. OTHER PROVISIONS

BALTIE DARBI has the right to correct and clarify these rules at any time, publishing the relevant changes on the website and indicating the date of the last change. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately after their publication. By continuing to use the BALTIE DARBI website and place orders, the Client automatically agrees to the changes made.
